This class is a true celebration of our garden-to-table philosophy. We'll step into the charm of rustic Italian country cooking, starting by gathering fresh pumpkin flowers, herbs, and vegetables from the garden to fry into light, crispy tempura—a perfect Italian aperitivo. Then, you'll prepare fresh spinach and ricotta gnocchi from scratch, baking them in a fragrant, simple tomato sauce. We'll also bake a rustic ciabatta bread and serve it alongside a stunning beef carpaccio-inspired sharing platter and a crisp garden salad. This is food that is simple, seasonal, and full of life.

In This Session, You Will Learn To:

  • Make light-as-air Tempura-fried Pumpkin Flowers, herbs, and vegetables.

  • Prepare and bake fresh Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi with tomato sauce.

  • Bake a rustic Ciabatta bread.

  • Assemble a beautiful Beef Carpaccio-inspired sharing platter.
