We'll focus on creating sophisticated dishes that can be prepared well in advance, ready to be whipped out for guests at a moment's notice. You'll master a beautiful spinach roulade with two filling options: a classic smoked salmon or a vibrant cream cheese, spring onion, and almond. We'll also tackle a deboned and stuffed chicken roll, a versatile main course that's as delicious cold as it is hot. To accompany it, we'll toss a baby spinach, walnut, and crispy bacon salad with a tangy homemade blue cheese dressing. For dessert, an apricot and cream-filled hazelnut meringue cake that is pure elegance.

In This Session, You Will Learn To:
