This session is all about building a full, impressive meal that's surprisingly simple to create. We'll start by baking a beautiful, pillowy focaccia from scratch and whipping up a zesty garlic aioli to go with it. You'll learn how to create an effortless-yet-stunning starter of oven-baked feta with olives, roasted tomatoes, and fresh herbs. For the main event, we'll create a creamy, herby Tuscan chicken skillet, a one-pan wonder packed with sundried tomatoes, bacon, and baby spinach. We'll balance it all with a healthy bulgar wheat side, a crisp garden salad, and your new secret weapons: homemade salad sprinkles and quick-pickled red onions.

In This Session, You Will Learn To:

  • Bake a fresh Focaccia bread from scratch.

  • Create a fast and flavourful Garlic Aioli.

  • Assemble and bake a Feta, Olive, and Roasted Tomato starter.

  • Master a one-skillet Creamy Tuscan Chicken.

My garden is my inspiration and my pantry. While my cooking style is rooted in Mediterranean flavours, I also find so much joy in exploring the spices of Indian and Indonesian cuisine.
