Let’s make your Christmas Day a truly relaxing celebration. This menu is built around cool, elegant, and flavourful dishes that can all be prepared in advance. Welcome your guests with a refreshing, chilled baby marrow soup. Sit down to a sophisticated smoked salmon tartare starter with whipped feta and homemade melba toast. The main course is a celebration of flavours, all served at room temperature: a herb-crusted beef fillet, a bright tarragon chicken salad, a beautiful mixed tomato and mozzarella wreath, and a savoury olive and caramelized onion ciabatta. We'll finish this incredible feast with a light, palate-cleansing lemon and basil ice cream.
